This martial art includes many techniques. Some of them are well know and they are: the pak sao, the tan sao, the bong sao, the bil sao etc.
Pak sao means the slaping hand Tan sao means the palm up hand
Lap sao means the grabbing hand Bong sao means the wing arm
Fook sao means the controlling or bridge hand Biu sao means thestretching deflection block
Jut sao means the jerk hand Gan sao means the plowing hand
Kwan sao means the Tan and Bong deflection block Gum sao means the pinning hand
Kan sao means the splitting block Fat sao means the swinging arm
Wu sao means the protecting arm Lau sao means the slipping hand and huen sao
